Matrimonial Solicitor/Legal Executive

This is an exciting new role for a Family Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive (any PQE considered), to join a reputable law firm with offices based in Ongar and Basildon.  

This Family Solicitor role is to be based in a small team and will involve managing a caseload of privately funded matters and disputes. You would be responsible for running the department with the assistance of a paralegal.

The work will include a broad range of matters including divorce, finances, cohabitee and pre-nuptial work. Whilst there is an existing caseload to get working on immediately there will also be the chance to take an active lead in developing and growing this caseload.

For this role, the team are seeking somebody who has excellent knowledge and experience in all areas of family law. As Family Solicitor you will be able to deal with clients empathetically but proactively, have a strong team ethic, and be able to demonstrate strong drafting and advocacy skills.
