We routinely advise and represent parents, grandparents and other family members, children, foster carers and other non-family carers, those wishing to adopt and those wishing to become parents who need specific advice e.g in relation to surrogacy or donor conception.
We represent clients in all parts of the country although most of our work is undertaken in Essex, Kent, London and Suffolk. If clients are unable to travel to our office it may be possible for us to arrange a home visit.
We also advise on all aspects of relationship breakdown including divorce, financial and property aspects and arrangements for children.
Our wills and probate team provide advice on will making, the administration and distribution of estates and all related matters.
