Welcoming our newest recruit

Meet our newest recruit, Kim Boylett, a Chartered Legal Executive who specialises in dealing with Wills, Probate and LPAs.

We asked Kim some questions about why she became a Chartered Legal Executive:

What attracted you to a career in law?

I have always enjoyed a challenge and wanted to find something that was both challenging and rewarding. Over the years my legal career has certainly proven to be both.

What do you enjoy most about your chosen area of law?

Being a Wills & Probate lawyer means that I am acting for clients during emotional and stressful periods of their lives, which can be difficult at times. I am always mindful of my clients circumstances and do my best to put them at ease and tailor my advice accordingly. I enjoy helping people and find it extremely fulfilling when I can take away some of the stress from a clients circumstance and give them peace of mind.

I thrive on how diverse the work is and how each day throws up a different scenario. The law is always changing, and peoples lives are always very different which means I am continuing to learn something new each day.

Outside Interests

I sing in a pop/rock covers band with my husband and enjoy performing at local venues, private parties, weddings and festivals. To relax I enjoy long sunny walks with my dog Basil and trips to the theatre.
